It is SMALL hotel, but really value for money. Atmosphere was very comfortable and owner welcomed us very warmly. He prepared us with good breakfast ingredients as we needed to leave earlier than they prepared breakfast. Instead of extra bed we got extra room - so nice!

A cozy B&B on a quiet street in Södermalm, with an outstanding breakfast spread, fantastic decor with lovely touches and friendly, commutative staff. It felt like home! You can have fika or a sandwich at night! The bed was comfortable, the place was immaculate, including the shared bathrooms, and there was even conditioner in the shower. I liked that it was in the basement, to be honest it's a lot easier to navigate one door to the street and a few steps when you have lots of luggage like I did. I also liked that I was asked if I needed anything each day, instead of that pressure you often feel at hotels to leave after breakfast so they can descend upon your room and clean. I much prefer to have my room left alone during a stay, and this all felt so relaxed, yet attentive. It's also a super convenient location to the commuter rail or the T-bahn, with a nice restaurants and shops nearby. A secret gem of Stockholm, I'd definitely stay here again! Thanks :-)

Warm clean bed. Nice continental breakfast . Friendly and quiet hotel.

We stayed five nights. The location was very good, in a lively neighborhood, very close to the metro, train and the bus stops. The place was cozy, quiet and the breakfast was plentiful.

The whole athmosphere was very welcoming. The rooms are cozy, the breakfast room (kitchen) is nice and there are a number of restrooms (toilet/showers) so the risk of having to stand in line is minimal. Very close walking distance to public transport (subway and local train). Excellent value-for-money.

This is a good budget option for a short stay, if you don't need to overnight in the city center. The location in Södermalm is easily reachable but nice and quiet. Considering it is a budget accommodation, the shared bathroom is in very good condition and very clean. Also the breakfast is way better than average in this type of hotels. The room was a bit cold (winter time), but just turn on and adjust the radiator and soon it's fine. Also remember to add your phone number when making the booking; the owner will send you a text message about how to get in.

This was like fifth time in this hotel, and it was nice as usual. We were not supposed to stay there this time because it was just a stopover for the night on out way home, but cheap and really bad hostel cancelled our reservation, and we were lucky enough to get a room in Tre Små Rum. Clean, comfortable, homey and cosy, love it!

The hotel and room were as we expected. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, due to coronavirus, breakfast is not served at the hotel, but we were given a voucher for breakfast at a cafe 2 minutes away. The breakfast is amazing. The manager is very friendly. He answered all our questions. We will come back to you again!

You can make your self a sandwich and a coffee or tea in the kitchen at all hours :)
